"I started this journey about 3 months ago with Sherri. I hurt my knee a couple of years ago and gained some of  my weight that I had previously lost on another program. I thought I had it and wouldn't gain it back. I saw her post on Facebook about plant based and I started asking questions. In January 2024, we started this new journey together. I have lost 20 lbs so far, and looking forward to my goal weight. The plan is plant based, so no meat, oil, and eggs. I'm' doing it! I don't miss all that stuff at all! I have found that the important thing is that I'm getting healthy and I'm really enjoying trying all the plant based variety of foods and seasonings. Real foods! My allergies are better and I do not have to take them as often. I have more energy so I'm back to walking and playing volleyball. My knee is SO much better!
